    BASIC COVERAGE

    Home Warranty Plus with A.B. May Seller coverage includes all heating and cooling systems (heat pump, or a heat pump & furnace combination, or a furnace & air conditioner combination, and boilers), plumbing (all water heaters), electrical, and cooking and dishwashing appliances (dishwashers, ranges, range hoods or downdrafts, microwave ovens, cooktops, ovens, warming drawers, and trash compactors only).

    HOME WARRANTY PLUS PLANS:

    Seller Warranty plans are free to register and are active during Pre-MLS and the listing period until closing.

    Seller Warranties include cooking and dishwashing appliance coverage (no optional coverage available) and offer up to $500 in repairs on covered items with a $95 service fee per trade service call.
