Household emergencies often come when you least expect them. We are staffed to handle those emergencies on nights, weekends, and holidays. Here's what you can expect when you call:

  • We answer our phones night and day. Don't hesitate to give us a call. 
  • We promise a 24-hour response in an emergency* (see below for more information). 
  • Most service calls are scheduled Monday through Friday, 8-5. We will come after 5:00 to complete our scheduled appointments for the day.
  • We are available on the weekends and on holidays if you need us. 
  • If you need us after hours, a $50 after-hours fee may apply. 

We don’t charge extra fees for emergencies but reserve the right to decide which problems require emergency service. Emergencies are typically issues that create an imminent threat to people or property.

While we plan for extreme weather as much as possible, there may be some peak times in the year when we may not be able to respond to all emergencies in an ideal time frame. You matter to us, and we always do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

Here are some examples of common emergencies we see:

  • Failed sump pumps
  • Power failures
  • Elderly or infants in extreme temperatures
  • Sewer backups
  • Damaging water leaks
  • Broken refrigerators
