When a problem pops up in your home, give us a call day or night to schedule a service call. A customer service specialist will help determine which trade technician you need and set up an appointment window that works with your schedule.
On your appointment day, we will call when the technician is ready to head your way and confirm you will be there to meet him or her.
Please try to answer your phone, because we can’t send our technician to you until we get that confirmation. If you can’t be at home during the entire appointment window, you can ask our customer service specialist for a half-hour of lead time notice. We value your time and are happy to give you 30 minutes to drive home to meet us.
We serve out of respect for you and your home. Our shoe covers protect your floors, and our technicians leave their work area as clean or cleaner than they found it.
When we arrive, our technicians will first want to look at the situation with you and fully understand the problem. We will also answer any questions you have about the issue.
Next, we will diagnose the problem and describe the options you have to repair it. We will explain your home warranty coverage, and give you upfront pricing (including your 15% discount ) for any repairs not included in your warranty. Also, we will never start work without your approval. We want to avoid surprises and exceed expectations while we get your home running smoothly again.
We can solve most problems in one visit. Sometimes, we may need to order parts and come back to finish the job.
Once we complete the work, you can use a check or credit card to pay for your service fee (either $75 or $100, depending on your plan) and any other work you approved. If you are authorizing a repair for a rental property, you can also pay by phone with a customer service specialist.
