BASIC COVERAGE

Home Warranty Plus with A.B. May Buyer coverage includes two heating and cooling systems (heat pump, or a heat pump & furnace combination, or a furnace & air conditioner combination), plumbing (including one water heater) and electrical systems. Gold Plan warranties include cooking and dishwashing appliances (dishwashers, ranges, range hoods or downdrafts, microwave ovens, cooktops, ovens, warming drawers, and trash compactors only). Choose the Gold Plan (includes cooking and dishwashing appliances) or the Silver Plan (excludes appliances).

Home Warranty Plus requires that ALL heating and cooling systems and ALL water heaters on the premises be covered. Boilers also require additional coverage. Please use the section below to indicate boilers, additional heating and cooling systems, or additional water heaters.

HOME WARRANTY PLUS PLANS:

The Home Warranty Plus Buyer Warranty offers up to $2,000 in repairs on covered items with a $75 service fee per trade service call. See brochure to review coverage.
